Hello, Was wondering what the difference is between product TA37001 and TH37001XT?

There really isn't a difference between the two ladder racks you mentioned. The TracRac # TA37001 and the Thule TracRac # TH37001XT are both great ladder racks made by the same company but under different brand names. Either one will give you the same ladder rack. Most likely will we eventually go down one part number though.
