The best way to remove sag from your 2018 Toyota Highlander is with a weight distribution system. There aren't any airbag kits designed for your Highalnder and even if there were weight distribution is almost always the better route. I've linked our complete selection for you.
To choose the correct system you need to find your trailer's loaded tongue weight. There are a few ways you can go about this that are detailed in the article I attached. The easiest is using a tongue weight scale, like the etrailer # e99044. You need to make sure the trailer is loaded as heavy as it will be when you're towing so that you have the accurate tongue weight.
Once you have the trailer's loaded tongue weight add that to the amount of weight you're going to store behind the rear axle of the Highlander. This combined figure is what you use to select a weight distribution system and you want that number to fall somewhere near the middle within the range of the system's rating. For example, the Fastway e2, part # FA94-00-0600, which is a quality economical system is rated from 400 to 600 pounds of tongue weight. If your number falls within this range this is a good option for you.
If you'd like, send me your trailer's loaded tongue weight and the amount of weight you are likely going to have behind your Toyota's rear axle and I'll make a more specific recommendation.
