Question:
Hi. I have a 6x12 cargo trailer I want to install a roof vent on. I want to go with the fantastic fan and a cover over that. I have 12 inch support ribs on the floor, walls and roof. The vents are 14 inch as you know. Do you have advice on how to approach this? If I can figure that out the next challenge is to figure out where on the roof it should go so I could really use some advice on that too. Thank you

I do have a solution for you to add a powered vent to your cargo trailer, but unfortunately you would need to modify your support ribs to use a 14" square vent.
One of the most popular powered vents that we have to offer as an alternative is the Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent # VP-543SP. It comes with a 12V fan and measures 6-1/4" in diameter. You also need the installation kit # 344270KITW for the hardware and sealer.
If you would rather not run power to a vent then we also have the Ultra-Fab Solar-Powered Plumbing Vent # UF53-945001 which has a solar panel on the top to activate the fan. It is only active when the sun hits it and it doesn't store the energy, but if does have a 7" diameter so it will also work great.
Since both of these are smaller you could install a few of them in a few difference places.
