Recommended Hitch Extension For 2 1/2 Inch Hitch Receivers

Question:

I have a 2011 Ford F-250 short bed with airbags, Hellwig anti sway bar, and 2 1/2inch receiver. With a Lance 855S truck camper weighing 3350# wet I want to know what extension options I have to tow a 2009 Yamaha 230 SX 3000# on a tandem axle Venture roller trailer~1000#? Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you very much for your question, I recommend the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches - 24" to 34" Long # C45048. I would measure how far the Lance Camper hangs over the back of the truck so we can make a more accurate recommendation to how many inches of clearance you will need. This product reduces from a 2 1/2 inch receiver opening to a 2 inch.

I have linked all hitch extenders that fit 2 1/2 inch hitch receivers.
