trying to locate hub center caps black for Flagstaff T12RB Hard Side camper. My measurements are approx 2 3/16 OD and 1 7/8 ID prongs

It sounds like you need the Snap-In Plug for Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Caps # LHSI60C. This has an outside diameter or 2-1/4" and is designed to fit a hole which is 1-15/16" in diameter on the center cap. While this center cap is chrome you can paint it black like you are looking for.

The only black center cap we have is the Americana # AM90081. This cap has only has an outside diameter of 2-1/16" and is designed to fit a hole 1-7/8" in diameter.

The black center cap of the Americana Trailer Wheel Center Cap #AM90175 is found as part #AM90081. It has a 2-1/16" outer diameter and it fits a 1-7/8" hole on the center cap.
