Can B&W Hitch Ball BWHB94002 be Used on Class V Hitch?
Updated 04/11/2018 | Published 04/09/2018 >
Question:
Hi, Your site shows that the BW HB94002 is rated for Class IV, and Class V. However the ball shows that it is Class V-19 Rated? So can a Class V-19 rated ball be used for a Class V hitch?

Expert Reply:
I could not find a reference to Class V-19, but the B&W 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # BWHB94002 is Class V rated and has a 24,000 lb weight capacity. The hitch ball has a 1-1/4" diameter x 2-1/2" long shank so as long as your ball mount accepts that size shank it would work.
I've added a link to a video review of this hitch ball for you to check out as well.
