Question:

I have a Ram 3500 long bed and factory puck system. Will the Anderson Ultimate hitch work as shipped are do I need adapters. Truck is rated at 19000lb tow capacity and 6100lb pin weight. Cummins diesel with 3.42 axle

For your truck, I recommend the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6099 or the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # RP30154 for that adapter.

Either of these kits will provide you with a rail kit compatible with the Andersen Ultimate.
