Does the fuse for the Stromberg 3500lb jack go in between the battery and the jack?

The Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 24" Lift - 3,500 lbs - Black # JET-3755 will have the included fuse holder mounted in between the positive battery terminal of your battery and the black power wire for your jack. I've attached a link to the installation instructions to assist.
