how do you mount the A91AB if it is submergable. Does it have one wire out or do you need a pigtail.

The Sealed, Mini Rectangular Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light, # A91AB, requires a pigtail and a mounting bracket. The pigtail is # A91LW. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
For a bracket, there are a couple of options. For black, use # A91BB. For a chrome finish, use # A91CB.
