Question:
I am looking to build a fore-cart for horses using one of these axle-less systems, I would like to have a light spring so either the 1200 or 2000 lbs axle system but I would like like add hydraulic brakes, first it seems that you need the 2000 lbs axle to get brake flanges, correct? also did you have a kit to add 5 on 4.5 hydraulic brakes to the 2000 lbs?

We actually do have a Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System rated for 1,200 lbs that comes with a brake flange. It is listed on our site as part # ASR1200S04.
With this system you can use the Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit # AKFBBRK-35 along with the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 84546UC3-EZ. These are rated for a 3,500 lb axle but will fit on the 1,200 lb axle-less system.
If you don't already have brake lines then I also recommend using the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # 15SI-BLKIT which comes with flexible hoses as opposed to the traditional metal brake lines.
I have attached some review and installation videos for you to check out.
