Finding the correct spacer(s) for a lifted truck can be a little tricky sometimes due to the number of lift kits out there. The best way to determine how many spacers you need for the Timbren Suspension Kit, # TGMRCK15S, for your 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 is to measure the distance from the underside of your frame where your bump stop sits to the axle directly below where the spring makes contact.
The spring and bracket in this kit measure 5 inches tall unloaded and the spring should sit about 1 inch above your axle once it is installed with no load in the truck. From here, measure the frame to axle distance (unloaded) and subtract 6 inches (the height of the spring plus 1 inch gap) and the difference is how many spacers you need. Timbren offers a 1/2" spacer, # TA25722-90F00 and a 1" spacer, # TA25723-90AD00, for this kit. They also don't recommend using more than 4 spacers per side.
I've attached an installation video on a stock height Silverado to give you an idea of where and how the springs will install.
