Question:
I am wiring up 2 12 volt batteries for a 12 volt system on my small hard side camper. I plan on setting up a buss bar to allow me to wire up the charger as well as a solar system then feed to a disconnect to cut off the rest of the trailer when parked. The question is, can I use this charger to charge the 2 batteries at once through the buss bar? Thanks

I recommend you start with the Deka 2/0 Gauge Overmolded Battery Cable Harness Assembly - Black - 7" Long # DW04363 and Red # DW04362 to connect your batteries. When wiring them as you have indicated in parallel, you will be able to easily charge the batteries simultaneously through the Buss Bar when using a charger like the CTEK MULTI US 7002 12-Volt Universal Battery Charger w/ Pulse Maintenance # CTEK56353.
You may be interested in the Redarc BCDC Dual Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1240D. This will allow your vehicle alternator or a solar panel to charge your batteries.

What size charger do I need to keep the marine batteries in my boat charged? The 12 volt batteries are rated at 550 cranking amps and wired in parallel. 120 Volt shore power is available.
