Question:
I have Monarch #5237 tail light and would like to covert to led. My problem is that they fit in a pocket with space for 2 1/2 inch tall by 2 7/8 deep. Do you have anything that would fit my needs?

The closest LED option that we have to your Monarch # 5237 tail lights is the Optronics LED Trailer Light Kit # TLL160RK. These measure 2-7/8" tall, 8-1/16" wide, and 2-13/16" deep.
The kit will fit as far as depth goes, but they are slightly higher than what you currently have.
I have attached a picture showing the dimensions as well as a review video for you to check out.

Same problem, tailer companies used steel tubing 2&1/2" high. Obviously, you can't make that steel larger and companies make the lights to large to fit. 3/8" is a lot try to fit. I tried to use a belt sander but it's a lot to take off.?? What was a good mount, is now frustration.
