Yes, you will need to access the roof of your RV to install the Adco Olefin HD RV Cover # AD94ZR. There is really not a cover on the market that will not at some point require you to access the roof of your RV for installation. I have attached an installation video on a similar setup which may be of use to you.
The Adco RV Cover will fit RV's up to 384" long x 102" wide x 114" tall. The cover comes with 4 tire guards and storage bag. It also has a 3-year warranty. If you do not have a way to access the roof of your RV then I recommend installing a ladder like the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder w Center Hinges part # SP501L. This ladder is extremely universal and can be trimmed to meet your exact specifications.
