Can Wheel of Vehicle Rest on E-Track When Using Wheel Chocks

Question:
I’m putting e track on each side and the center to haul 2 bikes When I haul 1 bike is it ok for the rear tire to sit on the e track. I’m using Condor wheel chocks.
