The load capacity and air pressure rating for the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 16 x 6 Inch Rim - 6 on 5-1/2, part # AM20741, and the Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel - 16 x 6 Inch Rim - 6 on 5-1/2, part # AM20758, is 3,050 lbs at 90 psi.
If this is for a trailer, the 265/75-16 tire size is usually not available in a trailer tire. The special trailer (ST) tires are designed with stronger sidewalls and can handle higher air pressures which are needed when being used on a trailer that is made to carry a load. A passenger car or light truck tire size are not designed for carrying a load on a trailer.
Also, when going from a 225/75-15 tire size to a 265/75-16 tire size you will be increasing the overall diameter of the tire from 28.4 inches to 31.5 inches. Just by adding a higher load capacity tire will not always increase the load a trailer can carry, because your weight capacity can still be limited by the capacity of the axle on the trailer.
I am including a link to a FAQ page on trailer tire information.
