I did some checking on your 1999 Fleetwood Bounder 34v and it appears that it was built on the Ford F53 chassis which is a common one for Class A RVs. There is a bushing upgrade kit for the rear anti-sway bar and it is # RM-4139-125. The single bushing # RM-205217-10 may not work in the factory mounts by itself which is why I recommend going with the whole kit.
