Q#2, whats the difference between 15x5x4.5, 15x5x5, 15x6x5.Im looking to purchase 2 3500lb axle for my Bbq-smoker trailer which weights between 3000-3500lbs

When picking out an axle you really just need to go by the capacity and dimensions you need. The adjective used before "trailer" really doesn't amount to much.
The numbers you listed are bolt patterns for the hubs that the axle comes with. This is what the wheel attaches to so you need to match the bolt pattern to the wheel bolt pattern you have.
We have the 3,500 lb axle part # 35545I-EZ-89 which comes with hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. This is the most common trailer wheel bolt pattern. The overall length of this axle from hub face to hub face is 89 inches and then from the spring center to center it measures 74 inches. I attachec an install video for this as well.
