Yes, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BO74FR comes with all the hardware you will need for installation in addition to the safety cables that secure the base plates to the frame. You can see everything that is included with this base plate kit in the attached photo.
The Blue Ox Tail Light Wiring Kit part # BX8869 will work for you as long as you do not have LED tailights. You can add a 6-way round trailer connector to this kit with part # PK11609. If you do have LED tailights then I recommend using the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit part # RM-152-98146-7 which comes with a 6-way round trailer connector.
For a breakaway switch that will work with your BrakeBuddy Vantage Select Brake System part 39504 you can use part # HM20014. However, the BrakeBuddy switch uses banana clips to connect to the BrakeBuddy itself. To use this switch you would need to obtain those clips from an electrical supply store. We do not have a replacement breakaway switch specifically designed for the BrakeBuddy but you can still use the above as long as you obtain the banana clips.
In order to keep the vehicle's battery charged while using the BrakeBuddy you can use the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit part # RM-156-25
