Does Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225 Have License Plate Bracket

Question:
Is there a lighted license plate holder that would easily attach to the Roadmaster hitch-mounted spare tire carrier, and it would be easy to power the light from trailer light connector? I have the Roadmaster and it blocks most of my license plate that is mounted just about the RV hitch receiver.

Normally at the rear of RVs the license plate bracket is to the side and not centered at the rear which is why the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225 does not have a license plate bracket.
I attached a couple pictures that show this installed on RVs that have their license plates on the driver side.
