Availability of Collapsible 5 Step Recommendation for Boathouse

Question:
I am looking to purchase a 5 step stairs that can be used in a boathouse for easy access out of the water. Do you have a product that might work? I would prefer it to be collapsible when not in use. Might have to add extensions to the base legs to accommodate the water depth- approach 6 ft Please advise your best recommendation that you can offer. Thanks

We have the Brophy Scissor Steps part # AS25 which has 5 steps and measures in height from 40 to 48 inches. It comes with a mounting bracket as well.
