Can Ball Mount with Pre-Installed Ball C45295 be Ordered with it in the Rise Position

Need it to be in rise position. Can I order that way?

The Curt Class III Ball Mount # C45295 comes from the manufacturer with the ball installed so we don't have a way to send them out in the rise configuration. You could go with an adjustable ball mount such as # C45900. That way you would not have to ever worry about torqueing a ball down.
