I recommend going with the Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" Vesper White Mod Wheel # TA43RR.
Radial tires run cooler on the highway than Bias tires do based off of how they are built, and comes with a speed rating of M (81 mph), and includes a 2-year warranty on the tire and wheel which includes emergency tire change service. Not only is the warranty great, but the 81 mph speed rating is the highest out there.
