Will a 2003 dodge Dakota trailer hitch fit a 1998 jeep sport Thanks

Those two vehicles are different enough that they'd require two different hitches. For a Class III hitch that fits your 1998 Jeep Wrangler we have the Curt part # 13408 that would work well. This is a 2 inch hitch with a 4,000 lb trailer towing capacity.
