Will the BandW Patriot 18K fifth wheel hitch fit in the Reese adapter part number RP30156.

I can confirm for you that the B&W Patriot # BWRVK3255 will fit in the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter # RP30156. The Patriot is a fit for any standard, above-bed rails, which is the exact function of the Reese adapter - to turn underbed rails into standard above-bed rails.
