Hello neighbors, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at these WeatherTech Side Window Rain Guard and Air Vents with a dark tint for the front of your vehicle. Now folks, these do fit a wide variety range from 2015 through the current year of Ford F-150, 250, 350, and even some 450 different cab styles and sizes. So please make sure you check out our fit guide to make sure these fit your truck. You wanna go to our homepage etrailer.com. Top center where it says vehicle information.
Enter the year, make, and model, cab style, bed length, anything else that asks you to make sure you're getting the right parts the first time. Now folks, these do install very quick and easily inside the channel of your window. There's no exterior tape needed. They have very, very nice, sleek design, and they boost a nice low profile original OEM look. They are made of a nice 3 mm thick acrylic construction.
And again, they're fitting your driver and passenger front windows. Now it's gonna allow you to crack the window when they're installed just down a little bit, and then that'll help you vent out that hot air inside the vehicle when it's parked for long periods of time. Now on the same thing, you could lower the window down a little bit in the rain, maybe get some cool fresh air inside the vehicle while you're driving. They have a nice three year warranty. And again, they have a nice tint to them.
You're gonna get these included two little pads here. They're kind of hard to see on the white background, one for each side, and those will go on the clip to help protect them. These are needed to help retain during the install. Check the installation instructions that are included and you can get those installed very quickly and easily. Now one thing we do here at etrailer when we're installing any kind of these rain guards, we'll let the vehicle sit out in the sun for a couple hours that just kind of warms things up, kind of loosens up the rubber seals, the gaskets, the inside of that window channel to make these installed just a little bit easier.
And then also, once you've got these installed per the instructions, you'll roll the windows back up and they do need to stay up for 48 hours to kind of hold everything in place, help 'em seat and mold perfectly to that window channel. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our look at these WeatherTech Wind Window Rain Guard slash Air Deflectors. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
