The Erickson Big Bed Junior Load Extender # EM07605 can adjust vertically in 1-3/4" increments. As a bed extender it can adjust from 17" to 24" and as a high-mount load bar it adjusts from 55-1/4" to 62". Keep in mind you will need a pin and clip like # PC3 to secure it though I strongly recommend using anti-rattle hitch lock # 63232.
I've added links to video reviews of this extender for you to take a look at as well.
