Both of these hitch have almost the same exact features with the one outlier being that the # RP30051 uses a square tube design while the # RP30075 uses a round tube design. The round tube design will offer a smoother transition when sliding in the maneuvering position.
With the year, make, and model of your truck, I would be happy to recommend an installation kit for a 5th wheel trailer hitch.
