The Camco Propane Supply Hose # CAM59053 referenced in your question is rated for 200,000 Btu/hour.
This 12 inch long supply hose will allow you to connect an auxiliary propane cylinder to your RV or trailer's propane regulator. The type 1 ACME nut will connect to ACME or P.O.L. propane tank fittings and the 1/4 inch inverted male flare at the other end will connect to the 1/4 inch inverted female flare on your propane regulator.
