Question:
Hello, the question I have, is will this bolt up to a I beam style frame like the Lippert frames under most forest river trailers. Is adding steel to the side of the frame to allow this unit to bolt flush acceptable The trailer is now 3 years old and around 9000 miles travels with this rig. I can tell the plastic bushings are gone in the springs .and looking for an good solid upgrade to help the trailer tow better, I have already Replaced the factory load c bias ply tires with load D radials.

The Timbren Silent Ride Suspension System will not bolt directly onto an i-beam trailer frame. However, as you mentioned, you can absolutely weld a solid plate to the inside of the i-beam frame where the frame brackets sit which will allow the system to work for you. I called Timbren and was able to confirm this. I highly recommend you have a quality and experienced welder perform this task. If you have 2-3/8" diameter trailer axles then you will want to use part # TSR7000T04 but if you have 3" diameter trailer axles then you will want to use part # TSR10KT02.
All of the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension Systems come with a 5-year warranty on everything but the rubber bushings which come with a 10-year warranty. I have attached a few helpful measurements for you as well.
