The electric trailer brake assemblies come in either 12 inch for 5200 to 7000 lb axles like # AKEBRK-7-SA or in 10 inch assemblies like # AKEBRK-35-SA for 3500 to 4400 lbs axles. These brake assemblies come fully assembled with the backing plate. There is not an 11 inch option available.
The drum assemblies do not come fully assembled and will also only come in the 10 inch or 12 inch sizes, not 11 inch. I've linked the page to your options.
