Where Does Cartridge Heater Install for Block Heater for 2009 Kia Rio

Hi, I would like to where can I find the block heater cord on a 2009 KIA RIO? Where could i locate this, and what the instructions? Would you be able to tell me where the cartridge heater is installed on this vehicle and what the instructions are. Thanks

I checked with Kat's and the location of where the cartridge heater # KH11812 needs to go is in the Right Rear position.
I attached a picture that shows where it will be.
