is there an accessory attachable rt hand railing to help one get started up so you can catch the attached to trailer swing out railing on left of step?

The SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps # LC791575 does not have a handrail that is available as an add on part. However, you may want to consider using the Aluminum Hand Rail for 4 Step Scissor Stair # AHR4 that will give you a 43 inch removable handrail. You will need to determine how to attach it to the steps as it is designed for the scissor steps. I've attached a video to assist.

Your other option is to use a folding handle that may be longer than your current RV handle. For this I recommend the Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle for RVs - Silver Rail with Black Foam Grip - Aluminum # AM-300 which stands out 15-1/4 inches from the wall or # AC-530 which will stick out almost 24 inches from the wall.
