Sir, We have a Raleigh Detour 2 women’s step through bike. I wanted to know if the Saris Freedom 2 Model SA4412B would work with this bike. Thanks

I The Saris Freedom # SA4412B is a frame-mounted bike rack, and because the Raleigh Detour has a frame with essentially parallel tubes that are attached by a small welded piece right in the middle I would not be able to guarantee the Freedom's rubber cradles would not interfere with that piece.

Another option to consider is a wheel-mounted bike rack; the Kuat Transfer # KU74FR. This 2-bike platform rack will work so long as your Raleigh Detour has a wheel diameter between 18" and 29". It will hold your bike by the front wheel as well as cradles with straps for the rear wheels. It comes with an anti-rattle hitch pin.
