I assume your Stromer bike is an e-bike and for a folding bike in addition, I recommend the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Tilting - Gunmetal Gray # NV22G or # NV12G for 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch receivers. Because your folding bike has a 20 inch wheel, I also recommend an adapter. This rack will hold your bikes securely by the wheels and won't have any frame contact. A unique feature of this rack is the integrated bike stand for repairs if needed.
Another great option is the Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Tilting - Black # TH83JV or # TH23JV for fit a 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver. This will also hold your bikes securely by the wheels and will cradle both wheels.
