As long as your Honda Ridgeline has the factory 2 inch trailer hitch receiver installed, the Carr Hitch Mounted Step # CARR183252 referenced in your question will work great. This will slide right into the hitch receiver to provide a sturdy step for gaining quick and easy access to the Ridgeline's roof or cargo area. The step platform measures 5 inches long and 2-1/2 inches wide.
You will just need to add a standard pin and clip like # PC3 or a locking pin like # 1480DAT to secure the accessory into place.
