I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Replacement Upper Bracket for Firestone Ride-Rite Rear Helper Springs # F5376 referenced in your question. The mounting holes on the side brackets are spaced apart 1-1/2 inches, center to center. The bracket itself has an overall length, with the side brackets included, of 13-1/2 inches and a width of 5-1/4 inches. Inside the mounting brackets the length is 10-3/4 inches.
I have attached an image with these dimensions labeled that you can also take a look at.
Please note that this particular replacement bracket is designed for the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2071. This air spring kit is confirmed to fit your 2001 Ford F-250, however it is not compatible with an in-bed hitch. For a Ride-Rite Air Helper Spring Kit that will work with an in-bed hitch, I instead recommend the Firestone # F2550.
I have included an installation video on this product that you can also use for reference.
