Question:
I am looking at the product: FA49-00-5900 I had a few question about it. My truck has a 2 in Hitch receiver, and the top of the receiver is at 23 inches. I am looking for at 10-12 In ball due to my car hauler has a dovetail, and I want to keep from dragging so I try keeping the front slightly lower. My main question is my truck has an extended bumper. The receiver is recessed underneath the bumper. From the hitch pin in the receiver to the edge of the bumper is 8 inches. would this product stick out far enough, or do you have another product which stands out at least 8 inches from the receiver pin to where the ball mount slits to where its adjustable? Is there another product which you feel would be a better fit? If possible I am looking for something in which I can flip from 2 in and 2 5/16 easily. Thanks!

The Flash Solid Steel Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 10" Drop, 11" Rise - 12K # FA49-00-5900 you mentioned has a distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball of 9 inches so part of your coupler would still be under your rear bumper.
My recommendation for you is the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2" Hitch - 10" Drop/Rise - 10K # 325-GH-325. This ball mount has a measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball of 12 inches. This mount has a 10 inch drop and is adjustable in 5 increments.
With this ball mount, I also recommend the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 2-5/8" Span # 63232 to secure your ball mount and deter theft.
I've attached videos to assist.
