What is the shank length pin holes to ball center, so I can know if itll clear trailer tongue jack and tailgate when hitched.

Hey John, the Weigh Safe Adjustable Ball Mount part # WS37MR has two hitch pin holes with the closer one measuring 8-1/2 inches between the hitch pin hole and the ball center and the further hole measuring 9-5/8 inches. Would either of these work for you?
