I have the BandW companion hitch for industry standard rails. Is there a conversion kit for the factory puck system? 2018 Ram 2500 6-1/2 foot bed

For your 2018 Ram 2500 with 6-1/2 foot bed and factory pucks, I recommend the Replacement Slider Base for B&W OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Ram Towing Prep Package - 20K # BWRVB3670. This will give you a slider base to use with your factory system and current hitch head.
If you want to leave your hitch as is, you can use the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs # DM6099 to adapt the factory pucks to industry standard rails.
You may also be interested in adding a 7-way to the bed of your truck for easy connection using the Bargman wiring harness # 50-97-410.
