Cargo Carrier that Converts to a Bike Carrier for a Windsport 29M RV

I am considering purchasing this cargo carrier but would like to know if there are any adapters or a way to also use it to carry a couple of bikes when not being used for cargo. From the pictures, Im not sure if there is a way to stabilize the bikes on the carrier, other than maybe laying them down. It would be nice if there was an accessory available that could be used for standing the bikes in the carrier. We have a Windsport 29M RV and would like to use this carrier for both cargo and bikes, if possible.

I don't recommend using the 24 x 60 etrailer Cargo Carrier, part # e98874 behind an RV, because its a folding carrier. The distance from the rear axle of the RV to the hitch is much greater than on a passenger vehicle, and this causes there to be greater force applied to the carrier, and unless specifically designed for it, can break through the hitch pin over time and suddenly fold down, or break the folding mechanism.
Instead, I recommend the Stromberg Carlson 23 x 60 carrier, part # CC-100. This carrier trades the raised sides for a custom-designed bike accessory, part # CC-125. This accessory lets you mount bikes directly into the cargo carrier and use any tie down system you want to secure the bikes. Naturally, I recommend a lock like part # e98891 to add security to your carrier and keep the bikes there.
I've included a video review of the Stromberg Carlson 23 x 60 carrier and the bike adapter so you can get an idea of how they work in practice.
