The Yakima Rack and Roll, part # Y08106 is capable of towing your 14 foot inflatable boat. You will want to purchase longer 78 inch Crossbars, part # Y00411 to better accommodate your boat.
You'll need some system to tie down the boat, and I recommend using a simpler cam system like the Thule Multipurpose Locking Straps, part # TH832 in order to secure the boat. A system like this helps avoid over tightening to the boat, and allows for added security by securing the 10 foot straps to the crossbars and trailer itself. The integrated locks are a great touch that add just enough added security.
THe Rack and Roll is capable of holding up to 250 pounds on its racks, perfect for even more applications beyond the inflatable boat.
Its likely you already have one equipped, but if you need a wiring connection for your 2017 Ford F-350, the Hopkins Trailer Socket, part # HM40975 contains a 4-pole and 7 way port that mounts to your bumper's underside for easy access when hitching to your trailer.
