Since trailer manufacturers don't typically keep a record of the exact stairs that they install on any given trailer the best way to know if the Brophy Camper Scissor Steps # AS24 are compatible with your 2012 Raptor Velocity is to take some measurements.

The Brophy steps have an adjustable height of 31" - 39" when they are expanded and the step dimensions are 24" wide x 8-3/4" deep x 1-1/2" thick. They have a weight capacity of 300 lbs and come with a 1-year warranty. Please note that these steps must be removed prior to traveling.

To determine which steps are compatible with your Velocity you will need to note the mounting dimensions that are needed to properly install. For example, the Alumi-Tread Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs # LC432698 has brackets that are 28" wide, 16" tall, and 12" deep. The mounting bolt pattern is 7" deep and 26-3/4" wide as you can see in the dimensions picture. I have also added another picture with dimensions of the steps when they are folded out so that you can see how/if they will fit on your trailer.
