Question:

Hi there, I am looking at your Item# LC125802 From my understanding, this is a Lipper Slide out Room Actuator with 18:1 motor by Tuson The manufacturer numbers from my part that needs replacing are: Part # 131903 Model: 1A04101224-01 this is the 40 inch model Could you please confirm if this is the correct model. Before placing my order, could you also confirm that item#LC125802 is BOTH the Actuator and the Motor. Some are sold separately and I do not want to make the purchase before confirming that they are both included in item#LC125802

Part # LC125802 is the right replacement motor but it does not include the actuator. If your actuator is good then you can use this motor to replace the one you have. For a 40 inch actuator we have # LC145595 which is also compatible with the Tucson motors.
