Question:

I have the slide out assembly that will not open the slide. The motor appears fine but it seems the clutch is no longer operating as it should. I opened the actuator gear box and the gears themselves look fine. 1 Can I get just the clutch gear in the actuator gear box? 2 If not can I get just the actuator? Thanks

Hey, Chris.

After doing some research and checking with Lippert, It looks like the only replacement part they have for the Venture Actuator and High Speed Slide-Out Motor, part # LC168956 is the motor itself, part # LC295380.

In my searching It looks like quite a number of people have been asking for replacement parts without a whole replacement but were told the same thing Lippert told me.

At least on Amazon there is a part number Lippert 191072 that looks like it's the two gears. Not sure if these are knockoff's or the real deal. Will e-trailer be getting this one?

@ChrisR I can't vouch for what Amazon sells. I know I have had customers in the past have issues. We do carry part # LC78FC which would be the same as Lipperts part 191072. It does have the same gear ratio, 18:1, as part # LC168956 so you should have no issues with compatibility.
