We are pretty sure your 2011 Dutchman Voltage 3900 has a Lippert style pin box on it, but we need to find out for sure. Check out the plate or sticker on the pin box looking for the word "Lippert" and numbers behind it like 1621, 1116, or 1716 etc and let me know.

Based on the numbers you listed (and what I got from Lippert directly) you have the very common 18k Lippert 1621 pin box style so for a Trailair replacement we have the # LC328429. This is the FlexAir pin box which is the newest design by Trailair to provide the best horizontal and vertical cushioning.
