I went into the warehouse to measure the Replacement Trailer Jack Cap for Dutton-Lainson Jacks # DL22354 for you. The outside diameter of this cap is 1.98 inches and the inside diameter is 1.85 without the rings compressed for tight fit. I've attached a photo to assist.
