I want to install a brake/turn-signal light kit on my bicycle platform hitch rack. I dont want bulky lights. What kit would you recommend? I know Ill probably retrofit the hitch to fit the lights, but Ill address that myself.

For your platform bike rack, I recommend the Lets Go Aero LED Light Kit for GearCage4 and BigBoss Railed Cargo Carriers # H01540. This small kit will connect directly to your 4-way trailer wiring harness to give you stop/turn/running light functions.
Another option is to use the LED Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, Pro Series, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers # 98174LED. This can use brackets like # BK70BB and self tapping screws like # FA1131822.
