i have a 2014 keystone carbon model 327 aprox 38foot in length. how do i determine which pin box is installed? also, a recommendation for a replacement pin box. thanks

There often is a pin box number printed on your factory pin box. That number is normally found on a sticker directly on the pin box itself. If you cannot find this number, there is an easy way to measure your pin box to determine its replacement. I've linked an article to assist in this that shows you where to measure and then will give you what pin box you likely have so you can find the replacement options.
Based on online pictures, it appears you may want the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 - 18,000 lbs # LC328492 or the 5th Airborne Premium Fifth Wheel Air Ride Coupler - 21,000 lbs Capacity # 5AB-E1621-610. These air ride pin boxes greatly reduce jarring and chucking for a smoother ride.
For a similar style but different pin box bolt pattern, you may want the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1116 - 21,000 lbs # LC155943 or the 5th Airborne Premium Fifth Wheel Air Ride Coupler - Standard 12-1/2" Wide Air Ride Pin Box # 5AB-S500-700.
