For your new Jayco trailer and Chevy Trailblazer, I recommend the Fastway E2 Round Bar Weight Distribution Kit, # FA94-00-0600. It is a little more economical, includes sway control, and it comes with the adjustable shank. You would just need a properly sized ball like # 19286 (2-5/16 inch diameter) or # A-90 (2 inch diameter).
This system has a tongue weight capacity range of 200 to 600 pounds so the 470 pounds max on the trailer will fit nicely in the middle of that range. I have included a link to our FAQ article on weight distribution and sway control for you to view.
